WNC History Lecture Series: Settlement & Transportation

We are excited to bring you a new virtual lecture series. Each month WNCHA will feature an expert on various topics in Western North Carolina history and culture.

Peter Koch of the Mountain Heritage CenterOur first speaker is the Museum Education Associate for Western Carolina University’s Mountain Heritage Center. Peter Koch will present on the settlement of and transportation within Western North Carolina. Join us for his presentation as well as a Q&A session following.

Tickets: Free for WNCHA members/ $5 for General Admission. We also have no-cost, community-funded tickets available. We want our events to be accessible to as many people as possible. If you are able please consider making a donation along with your ticket purchase. These donations are placed in our Community Fund, which allows us to offer tickets at no cost to those who would not be able to attend otherwise.
