SECRETS OF THE CITY BUILDING

September 7, 2007 from 9am-2pm

WNCHA’s special “back-of-the-house” historic tour of the landmark Asheville building will be led by well-known preservation consultant William Flynn Wescott, P.E., on Friday, September 7, 2007, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wescott is a historic-preservation consultant and lecturer who oversaw the $1,200,000 restoration of our City Hall as Engineer some ten years ago. He will be revealing the building’s history while taking us into historic nooks and crannies that even City staff don’t know about. Tickets are $25 for WNCHA members, $35 for non-members. Don’t miss this once-in-a-lifetime, behind-the-scenes tour of a local icon!
